These must be renewed every 60 months or, if there is a break inservice, upon rejoining. Please submit a copy to Mrs. Gore and she will file them with SSD human resources and retain a copy for the musical boosters for the current year. Volunteers can complete the FREE applications from the links below! You need ACT 34 and ACT 151 Volunteer Clearances at SSD!
